REFUND POLICY

Effective May 15, 2025, the Burlington Jr. Raiders refund policy is as follows:

Once a player has committed to the Jr. Raiders, fees are due either in full at time of registration or in pre-established payment installments through the Hockey Canada payment portal Spordle.

The Jr. Raiders Hockey Club has a strict no refunds policy.  There may be exceptions that can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where an application has been made with supporting documentation.

For any player released from the Jr. Raider Hockey Club for disciplinary reasons, there will be no refunds.  Disciplinary reasons apply to players, parents, guardians, family members and guests associated with the player.

For any player choosing to leave the Jr. Raiders for their own reasons, including program dissatisfaction, there are no refunds.
