Jr. Cougars 2005 White T2 - Rochester Finalists!
Congratulations to the 2005 White T2 squad on another great tournament showing in Rochester.
The Minor Bantam Jr. Cougars '05 White team traveled to Rochester this weekend to play in the Rochester Fall Classic. The team opened with a 7-0 win Friday night over the Depew Saints. Saturday saw wins of 3-2 against a tough Ottawa team (Metcalfe Jets), and then a 7-0 victory over the Webster Cyclones clinching first place and a trip to the Finals. The Finals would be a great rematch between Metcalfe Jets and the Cougars. The game did not disappoint, as it was a well played game by both teams, with plenty of back and forth action. In the end, the Metcalfe Jets came away with a 2-1 win. Congratulations to the team on another great showing and the entire staff. Job well done!
